Succesfully launching your program begins with asking the right questions. We listen intently so we have a clear guide to expectations and an appreciation for the thought and planning your program or project deserves.
We will deliver a Brand Recommendation Book detailing the manufacturing specifications, installation details and placement for each of the signs per location. This book serves as your opportunity to review and approve the detailed specifications. It also serves as the primary communication tool for landlord approvals, permit applications, and variance considerations within the municipality.
After you approve your Brand Recommendation Book, your project is entrusted to our project management team. They will manage every detail including landlord approvals, code checks, due diligence, design, permitting, engineering and installation.
After receiving the required approvals, the next step is our engineering department. Our engineering team creates 3D models and multiple CAD files for routing, channel letter forming, and LED layouts. We issue documentation to account for every construction detail. A well coordinated engineering and manufacturing plan ensures your job will efficiently flow through the fabrication process.
