With Canada’s border being shut down, the Toronto Blue Jays have decided to begin their 2021 season from their spring training facility located in Dunedin, Florida. Dunedin has been their training location since 1990 and continues to be a special place for the Blue Jays and their loyal fans. In early 2019, the Blue Jays began renovation on the Dunedin facilities which included: A 3,000 person increase in capacity, renovated bathrooms, concessions, and shops, a new 360 boardwalk around the outfield, adding special group areas, and adding two new bars to the stadium.
Of course, a modernized training facility requires modernized signage and lighting. Hilton Displays met with the Toronto Blue Jays to create a signage package to fit their facility. The package included wall-mount wayfinding signage, brand-new LED illuminated concessions signage, sponsor logo channel letters, parking and other directional signs, and large branded team logo signs throughout the facility.
In these unprecedented times where everyone has been forced to adjust, we feel confident that the signage solutions provided by Hilton Displays are helping make Toronto players and fans alike feel at home in their Dunedin training facility.
